Length of Program

The Candidate Training Academy contains seven chapters within the developed “core” curriculum. Two additional chapters can be offered in addition to the other seven, if necessary. In addition, any chapter can stand alone, enabling an association to pick and choose the type of curriculum it needs or wants. Each chapter takes about 45 minutes to an hour to facilitate.

The core curriculum contains several interactive exercises. Depending on the number of attendees and the format used for the exercises (small groups or with the entire class), the session is billed as a full-day training and could take anywhere between seven and eight hours.
