REALTOR® Party Congressional Vote Center

In 2011 NAR initiated four all-member Calls for Action. They were:

Preserve, Protect and Defend the Mortgage Interest Deduction - Urging support for H.Res 25.
Tell Congress: 20% Down Payments Put the American Dream Out of Reach -Urging Congress to reject 20% down payments
Tell Congress: Ensure Your Clients Have Access to Affordable Mortgages - FHA Loan Limits
Tell Congress to Reauthorize the National Flood Insurance Program - Reauthorize NFIP for five years

Only two of these bills - FHA Loan Limits and NFIP - resulted in floor votes that constiute a formal vote record of their support or opposition to NAR's position. NAR is tracking the results of the first two campaigns. You can check these links to see if your elected officials supported NAR on these two important items:
