NAR developed this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. the following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this site, NAR. We will never sell your information. We may share your information with other Realtors® or Realtor® organizations for uses related to NAR legislative, political and grassroots campaigns. Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like name and email address). We use that contact information to send the user updates and alerts about NAR campaigns and , when necessary, to contact the user.

Opt-Out
Users can have their name and data removed from our database at any time by visiting the Subscription Management Page or sending email to comments@RealtorActionCenter.com.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your email address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us: Subscription Management Page.

Our web site enables users to participate in online grassroots activities. Records of these activities are stored in our database, but this information is not shared with any third parties. Our organization only reads the email messages and faxes sent out from the Action Center if the user chooses to send a copy of the message to us.

Spread the Word
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the email address. We automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. The email addresses of these friends are not stored in our database.
